Preserve existing skill links on startup, including broken and Git-tracked links. Startup no longer repairs links, converts copied skills to links, or merges editor-suffixed duplicates. Reinstall to repair a broken link, convert a copy to a symlink from its install menu, and remove unwanted duplicates manually.
