Patch Changes

• The MCP write tool now saves an asset into the folder its path names, even when the project sets an attachment folder. A bare file name still goes to the attachment folder.
• The MCP write reply for an asset now names the path where the file was saved, including when the file was renamed or placed in the attachment folder.
