Patch Changes

• Graph view tooltips now show document titles and link URLs as plain text, even when they contain HTML tags.
• Translation catalogs are now compiled when the app is built, so contributors commit only the .po files.
• Improve settled text contrast in the default light and dark interface while preserving third-party and imported palette colors.
• Collaborator name labels now show in full above the caret, including in a table's first row, under a frozen header row, and on the first line of a paragraph or heading.
• The desktop worktree switcher no longer starts a burst of git processes, one per branch, each time a window comes to the front.
